How Can I Lose My Love Handles?

This is purely an article for people like me, those who love to eat out and like a drink every once in a while! Lets human face facts, I desire to look good, but i don't desire to give my societal life, so how can I lose my love handles?

I love to work out and I "try" and control my feeding habits, by making certain i eat the right nutrients in the right quantities.
