Audio Book reveals that eating fat does not make you fat! Discover the real truth.
Do you know that if you are 40 years of age now and over weight then you are effectively half dead! And it's not about the glass being half full or half empty, but fact. That's right you are now, according to statistics, past the half way point in years of your time on this planet. The real point in time or life expectancy for you is a factor of your health and level or percentage of fatness.
Yes fatness is an epidemic that is in plague proportions and should not need further banter to convince educated persons that being overweight to any degree is not as healthy as being the correct weight.
And if you are around the forty mark now and have not yet realized that life is ever so short, then wake up quick because you are running out of time to rectify your wrongs.
What wrongs? Knowing that more than 50% of the western world is over weight, an educated bet would say that you too are over weight to a small or large extent. While the official government statistics might argue slightly less than 50%, forget the politics as ample proof should be born from any observation in a public place in most parts of the Westernized world.
So what do you do about your state of fitness or is it fatness?
And let's not kid ourselves here because in the end it is your life. So unless there is no fat or unsightly love handles hanging over your belt guys, or the grandma arms or dimpled thighs are non evident girls, then this could be the best health message that you've read in years.
And it is not about being cruel to anyone carrying more weight than they would like. It's have a passion to help the health of anyone who wants to listen. More so because there is a book that makes so much crystal clear sense about our weight, fitness and state of being.
And that book… or more appropriately that author, because he now has many good books published about your health, is passionate about fitness, health, diet and nutrition!
This Man of common sense and researched fact states that, 'Eating fat does not make you fat'!
And before you argue otherwise, let's make an observation. In the last 20 years there has never been so many no fat, low in fat, lite fat, and similar descriptive products that all the low fat, no fat enthusiasts can buy. You name it, milk, chips, package meals, bread, food bars, cereals, drinks, ice-cream, health snacs galore and the list goes on like a marketers dream.
But ask yourself this. What's the state of the nation in the Westernized world? Yes, we have never been so fat and unfit as a nation of people ever, in the history of humans! It would suggest that any normal thinking person has got to be telling themselves that something is not right here. The no fat, low in fat brigade is driven by that marketers dream and we are all being sold on it! And worse, we are all getting fatter on it!
Well stop, because there is good news for you. Eating fat in fact does not make you fat.
Want proof? Want the authors name? Thought you might. This Dr is a medical visionary and former M. I. T. researcher and Nobel Prize-winner for his research on the vital connection between food and hormones. His name, Dr Barry Sears. One of his many books that is a bible to many is titled, 'The Zone'.

In fact the Zone provides all you need to get your body in balance. Yes, Dr. Barry Sears is the New York Times best-selling author of many books.
He is a widely published researcher and scientist, and is a pioneer in lipid biotechnology, developing drug delivery systems for cancer and heart patients.
But here's the best bit. His work is now available in audio book format. If you have not yet tried audio books then let this be a double experience for you.

Lose the Fat-Keep the Muscle - The Power of Leucine
Ever wonder why when you lose weight, you look to same only smaller?
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you ingest. Weight loss can be achieved by lowering your calorie intake and getting more physical exercise. 1200 calories is the threshold for weight loss. Taking in fewer calories than 1200 can put your body into famine response.
In famine response, our bodies start to burn calories from both fat and lean muscle. The burning of lean muscle actually decreases metabolism, or the ability to burn calories. Consequently, our bodies start to increase fat storage. This is where most diets fail.
We fall off our diets and go back to our old eating habits. The increase in calories unleashes the feast response. We are back to where we started, only now after burning lean muscle during weight loss, our metabolism is slower. With a reduced metabolic rate, any new weight gain is all fat.
Leucine is an essential amino acid that has been used for years by athletes and body builders. Leucine actually works to protect and build lean muscle mass. It also promotes the feeling of being full after eating.
Diet products with leucine help people lose fat, retain lean muscle and get rid of extra inches. Losing weight from fat actually changes the shape of your body. So instead of being just a smaller version of your bigger self, on leucine, you lose inches where you need it the most.
I recommend Cinch the Inch Loss Plan available on line at www.betterhealth4living.com. In clinical trials, in a twelve week period, participants on Cinch lost an average of 15.4 lbs., decreased their waist size by 4 inches, their hips by 3 inches, and their fat-free muscle mass remained unchanged. Conclusion, all weight loss came from fat.
If you are going to work so hard to lose weight, don't you want a hard body to show for it?

Learn How The Dietrine Carb Blocker Works
So many people are looking for some type of weight loss product or diet that actually works. While there are many types of diets, pills, and methods, I want to discuss the carb blocker in general and the Dietrine Carb Blocker in specific. Before deciding on any carb blocker you will want to know what a carb blocker is, how it works, and be sure that it is safe and effective. This article will talk about using carb blockers for weight loss and examine how the Dietrine Carb Blocker compares to the standard.
Weight loss products that work on the carb blocker principal do so by blocking carbohydrates from being absorbed into your system. To fully understand how a carb blocker works, it is necessary to learn how the human body processes carbohydrates. During the digestive process, the body converts carbohydrates into sugar or glucose. Foods such as starch are known as complex carbohydrates while sugary foods are simple carbohydrates. All foods will eventually be broken down to the simple glucose but the complex carbohydrates take more time and processing. The resulting sugar calories are essential for supplying your body with energy but if you get too much then these excess calories are stored as fat cells for future use. If you consume more carbohydrates then you burn off then the result is weight gain. A carb blocker works by blocking the action of turning excess carbohydrates into fat. It is a fact that many carb blockers don't work so why is the Dietrine Carb Blocker different?
The Dietrine Carb Blocker with Phase 2 makes the claim that it is an exclusive, all-natural nutritional ingredient extracted from white kidney beans and works by neutralizing the digestive enzyme alpha amylase before it can convert starch into glucose and then into fat. This allows the carbohydrates to pass through the system with less caloric intake. The Dietrine Carb Blocker states that it product works better because of it's utilization of the Phase 2 starch blocker that cheaper carb blockers don't utilize. So what is Phase 2?
Phase 2 has been clinically proven to reduce the absorption of starch by 66 to 75 percent which results in significantly less net caloric intake. Phase 2 is a non-stimulant, all natural nutritional ingredient and works to neutralize starch, found in your favorite foods such as potatoes, breads, pasta, rice, corn and crackers. Take one Dietrine Carb Blocker with Phase 2 capsule prior to a meal can block up to 1125 calories. This all sounds good but is the Dietrine Carb Blocker safe to use?
The Dietrine Carb Blocker claims that it is 100% natural with no known side effects and is completely safe and contains no dangerous stimulants. The Dietrine Carb Blocker also claims that they have done studies indicating that are no known side effects and no known interactions with any other herbal dietary supplement or drug. This carb blocker is said to contain no ephedra, no ma huang, no ephedrine and no stimulants of any kind and is extremely safe if taken as directed. The Dietrine Carb Blocker also says that it addition to blocking carbohydrates, it will increase metabolism, boost energy, and act as an appetite suppressant to control hunger cravings.
The Dietrine Carb Blocker claims to be a safe and effective method for losing weight but then again most companies will make the same claim. The company does state that it has done extensive research to back up its claims and offers a 100% guarantee if the product does not work for you. If you need to lose a significant amount of weight and diet and exercise have not been effective then the Dietrine Carb Blocker may be a possible solution.

New Weight Loss Drug Keeps Users Looking For The Toilet
Alli, the first FDA approved OTC diet aid has hit shelves, and is guaranteed to be a big hit. The new medication promises to enhance weight loss 50% more than dieting alone by preventing the body from digesting the fat on ingested food. The only problem is the leakage.
Some of the side affects reported by GlaxoSmithKline are "gas with oily spotting" and "more frequent stools that may be hard to control." Glaxo also says that it is just "the excess fat that passes out of your body and is not harmful. In fact, you may recognize it as something that looks like the oil on top of a pizza."
Alli's side affects pale in comparison to recent diet pill side affects which have been shown to increase the risk of suicidal thoughts. Although I am not a big fan of pooping my pants, if I had to choose I would go with Alli. Joking aside, it is a much safer alternative than current appetite suppressants that have been shown to to cause both heart and kidney failure.
Many drugstores all over the nation are already selling out of the product. The drug is half the dosage of prescription strength orlistat, commonly known as Xenical. The drug is produced by GlaxoSmithKline.
According to MSNBC, "The drugmaker hopes to stem the number of Alli dropouts by including with each $50 starter kit a weight-loss journal and a calorie and fat counter. In addition, the company is sponsoring an online behavioral support program. Dr. Vidhu Bansal, who led GlaxoSmithKline's Alli clinical trials, says that people who are looking for a quick fix shouldn't bother buying the drug: "People have to be committed to losing weight. They have to accept that they have to make a lifestyle change to get healthy."
So if you decide that you would like to purchase a diet aid to help you become healthier, I would take a look at Alli. Just remember to keep an extra pair of pants handy.

Mats Used For Yoga
While you are doing the art of yoga, you will need to be able to lie on the floor. It is best for you to get yourself a mat for yoga that is found in many stores. You will do best to get yourself a mat that is not made of something that will tear easily. This is something that you may want to spend some money on. If it is not made of a durable substance, you will not get what you want out of the yoga.
The size of the thickness of the mat is one of the essential things to look for. You may be one of those that will get a mat that is about five millimeters thick. You will find that if you do, you will have more balance and better back support. You will save yourself the trouble of the pain you will get from mats that are thin and do not help you with the lying poses. You will also have the grip that you need and it is easy to roll up when you are not using it. If you choose a thin one, you will be able to tell the difference when you are standing up.
The ability to be durable is one of the things you also need to be looking for when you are trying to find a mat for yoga. It will not necessarily mean that the proce will be higher for the better ones. You can bet that the higher proce for the mat will assure you that the mat will last longer than the others will. You will need to make sure that the mat you choose can stand up to many types of washing to make sure that the hygiene is kept.
The support that the mat gives you is the biggest thing that you need to think about in your yoga mat. The mat you choose will need to stay firm and not slip in any position you are doing. You may want to run the mat through a few poses before you take it up to be paid for. This may be your own personal preference in the fact of what you find to be comfortable and firm. You can also find one that is the right weight for you.
You will need to consider that the mat you are using will need time to be worn in. the more you use it the less smooth it will become. The best thing for you to do is to routinely go through your yoga and use the mat each time. If you do not have the time needed to do this, you can put the mat in a high traffic area and continuously walk on it with bare feet.

Weight Loss For Women
A woman's workout should consist of leg raises, biceps curls with soup cans, and triceps kickbacks with water bottles.
Can you believe that silliness?
Neither can I, but that is what passes for "professional fitness advice for women" these days.
I could see this info being accepted in the 1930's (maybe?), but in the year 2007? Please...
Does anyone really believe that biceps curls with water bottles is going to prepare women to carry their children to bed, a bag of heavy groceries in from the car, or swing a sledge hammer during home reno's?
No way. You need real-world workouts and fat loss advice. Not fluff.
Am I the only one that finds those types of recommendations disrespectful to the physical capabilities of women? You'd think that Linda Hamilton's chin-up scene in Terminator 2 would have turned the tide of female fitness, or perhaps Demi Moore's GI Jane.
I've watched women get fit fast at almost any age. In fact, we've had girls from 18 to 82 years young kickin' butt with Turbulence Training.
Today, I want to share the story of a classic "supermom", you know the mom with 3 active kids that has to drive them everywhere, eat on the run, and still find room for workouts. Her name is Brandy Kirton, and she'll show you how real women train, eat, and find the time to do it all with proper planning.
The message is clear. Plan, prepare, commit, and be consistent. Brandy didn't use any magic pills or potions to succeed, she simply found a great workout plan, and did what she had to do.
As a supermom, Brandy practically has to create time out of thin air in order to do her workout, but again, she knows what she has to do and she does it. She's committed. She has social support. She knows the correct options for eating on the run.
She has made the effort to plan for the obstacles (lack of time, workout motivation) that we all come across. And by doing that, she's cleared a simple path to success.
And she doesn't waste time in the gym with slow, boring cardio workouts. Instead, she sculpts her body in half the time with the Turbulence Training workouts.

Low Carb Diet Menus- The Awful Truth About Hidden Carbohydrates
People who are on a low carb diet generally know how to avoid sugar and starch. The obvious sources of sugar and starch come in two varieties:
1. Artificial foods: Foods such as breads, pasta, candy, baked goodies, ice cream, chips, soda pop, etc.
2. Natural Foods which taste sweet: Foods such as fruit and juice, potatoes, corn, kidney beans, etc.
However, this list is not exhaustive, because there are foods which have carbohydrates in a hidden form - that is, the presence of carbohydrates in these foods is not obvious. In this article, I will tell you how to identify and avoid hidden carbohydrates.
1. Foods such as deli-style meats, meat loaves, ham, corned beef, bacon and sausages are highly rich in sugar and starch. You should also avoid foods which are low in fat, because "low fat" products will obviously contain a lot of sugar and starch as fillers. Also, it is best to read the nutrition information printed on the food packages you purchase so as to get an idea about your total carbohydrate consumption.
2. Most of the dairy products, such as milk, cheese, cream, cream cheese, sour cream and yogurt contain a fair amount of carbs. The dairy products you should avoid most are the ones that are promoted as "low fat"; in fact, these dairy products are low in fat and high in carbohydrates, which should be avoided at all costs.
3. Take a look at how much carbs you are consuming in the form of beverages. Beverages such as coffee, both regular and decaf have a fair amount of carbs in them. They are not carb-free, as some people claim. If you want to have beverages which have zero percentage of carbohydrates then go for either black or green tea. Diet soft drinks are generally low in carbs or carb-free but some are rich in carbs, especially the ones which are fruit-flavored. Again, always check the nutrition information printed at the back of each food package for carb information.
4. Do you eat sauces? Most hot pepper sauces are generally carb-free, such as Tabasco and Red Hot. But there are some varieties of sauces which have carbs in them. Check the labels of the sauces you are buying to see if your chosen sauce has a high percentage of carbohydrates.
There are other types of foods which have hidden carbohydrates. If you want more information about food products which contain hidden carbohydrates, simply click on the link in my resource box below!

Low Carb Diet Meals: Beware of 'Sugar-Free' Foods - Part I
Warning! You may be eating sugar without even knowing it! Want to know more? In this article, I will tell you whether all those items that are promoted as being 'sugar-free' are really sugar-free or not!
Look the nutrition information printed on the side of the food packages you purchase. If there is an ingredient which ends in " ose", then be careful - the food may contain sugar! For example, table sugar is known as sucrose. Other types of sugars include dextrose, fructose, lactose, glucose and maltose. Sugars whose names end in "ose" have a lot of carbs in them. If you consume just one gram of any of these sugars you have consumed one gram of carbs.
Beware of the products which hype themselves as being sugar-free or sucrose-free. Mostly, jams and jellies are promoted as sugar-free. The truth is that these jams may be made up of concentrated grape or apple juice, which are made up of fructose syrups, and contain a high amount of carbohydrates!
I would like to point out an exception. While most sugars end in "ose", there is one sugar which end in "ose" and is still sugar-free. Can you guess its name? It is called sucralose- it is made up of the sucrose sugar, but don't worry- it's free from carbohydrates!
Now, I will give you a short description of each type of sugar and in which foods they are most commonly found. This will help you become extra-cautious when buying food packages. Remember, sugar is not good for your health, whether you are overweight or not!
1. Fructose: People generally recommend non-diabetic people to eat fructose because they claim that it is less harmful than the sucrose, or table sugar. The argument behind this is that insulin isn't needed to control the level of fructose in blood. Nothing can be further from the truth. It's true that insulin isn't required to control fructose, but it contains a high amount of carbohydrates nonetheless. Also it is rather bad news that fructose doesn't need insulin - since there is no insulin to check the level of fructose, it rapidly absorbs itself in our liver and produces glycerol, which ultimately leads to increased triglycerides and cholesterol levels. Fructose is present in both natural and artificial products. In case of natural fruits, fructose exists only in small quantities, because fiber occupies a large percentage of fruits. Therefore eating fruits that contain fructose is not harmful. However, artificial foods such as fruit drinks, soft, iced teas, baby foods, jams and jellies, candies, desserts and baked goods contain fructose in a processed and concentrated form, and therefore these foods are rich in carbohydrates!
In the second part of this article, I will tell you about other types of "hidden sugars" that you must avoid. To access the second part of this article, simply click on the link in my resource box below!

The Purpose of Yoga - Yogic Diet for Peaceful Resolutions
In Yoga, the Sattvic diet is considered to be a very important issue for the holistic health of a Yoga practitioner. When most people consider the term, "diet," mental images of boring food, torture, and weight loss come to mind. Yet, healthy eating can be prepared tastefully.
As a result of good taste, we will look forward to each of our meals and continue to eat healthy on a daily basis. Diet has also been proven to affect behavior. Studies of human and animal behavior indicate that vegetarian diets cause less violent behavior.
Omnivorous animals, such as chimpanzees, rats, and iguanas, behave aggressively after eating meat. More unbiased studies should be conducted on how the consumption of meat creates aggressive behavior in humans. When we consider the dramatic behavioral shift in chimpanzees; this should make us much more aware of what foods we eat and how they affect our own behavior.
The Sattvic Diet does bring about peaceful behavior, while nourishing the body and mind. So, what are the basics of a Sattvic Diet? The Sattvic diet consists of fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, honey, nuts, seeds, oils, herbs, spices, legumes, and whole grains.
Preferably, all of these foods are organic, fresh, and most should be eaten raw, once or twice per day. Does this sound familiar? This is a traditional Yogic diet, which has existed for thousands of years. Yet, this same diet has recently become popular globally and is "doctor recommended."
It is wise to eat cooked food, at least once a day, to boost your morale, but food should not be over cooked. Using a microwave oven to heat foods should be kept to a minimum, as this can over cook food and lower the nutritional value.
Consuming fresh vegetables and fruits is a healthy practice. The typical Sattvic spices are turmeric, cumin, basil, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, fennel, and ginger.
The foods mentioned, so far, are just a small sampling of the many choices available. If you are creative, you can prepare meals, which keep your friends and family anxiously coming back for more.
This brings to mind one last point about diet and peaceful resolutions. If, or when, you make the decision to live by a Sattvic diet; do not turn it into a point of contention in your home or with your friends.
Unfortunately, everyone does not want to eat a healthy diet, and some people have allergies to specific foods, even if they are healthy. Never "play at" being superior, because you are eating healthy or practicing Yoga. This is a big "turn off" to those who would benefit from eating a Sattvic diet and healthy living.
Eating healthy, and practicing Yoga, is a personal choice. It is also true that no one can be forced to eat healthy. You will do more damage than good by making an issue over dieting, even if you are right.

Do Weight Loss Pills Really Work?
If you listen to the advertisements, you'll come to believe that diet pills will provide miracle cures for weight problems, stripping away fat and leaving you with a healthier, fitter, more beautiful body in days. But do weight loss pills really work? And even more importantly, are they safe to use?
Some weight loss pills work by blocking an enzyme that controls the absorption of fat by the body. When fat cannot be used by the body, it enters the intestines and eventually is excreted. However, a large influx of fat into the intestines can cause pain, bloating, cramping, and diarrhea. Therefore, users dieters eat a very low-fat diet while taking this pill.
Another method of weight loss through pills is to suppress the appetite, making it easier to eat less. While this sounds like a good idea in theory, it can be dangerous in practice. Appetite suppression is usually achieved through ramping up the metabolism, which can lead to trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, high blood pressure, and even heart attacks.
In general, weight loss pills can be effective if used properly. They should be taken only for very short periods of time, and true diet medication can only be prescribed by a doctor. If you take an over-the-counter diet pill, be certain to follow the directions to the letter. Ignoring the warnings could have serious consequences for your health.
The weight loss pills that you should be most concerned about are herbal remedies. Herbal weight loss pills are not regulated by the FDA, and there is usually little or no scientific data to prove their effectiveness. The concentration of active ingredients can vary wildly from manufacturer to manufacturer, meaning that the effect can be dramatically weaker or stronger than you expect.
Remember that just because a diet pill is herbal doesn't mean it's safe – and in some cases, it may actually be more dangerous. Use all weight loss pills with caution, and talk to your doctor immediately if you experience side effects.

Expert Weight Loss Advice
Lets face it, losing weight is not easy. I am a person who has basically been overweight for most of my life. I have faced abuse and ridicule and have been desperate at times to find a solution to this weight problem. I am pleased to report that I have now managed to find a weight loss program that works for me, in this article I am going to explain how it works. I hope other people are also able to find an inner peace via losing weight in the same way that I have.
Like I am sure many of the people who read this article have done, I have tried many forms of weight loss programs with mixed success. We are all of course individuals and this was my excuse when I would realise that I had failed yet again to lose weight. How can so many other people have success when I am unable to? This is a question I would often ask myself.
Around two years ago I decided to admit a number of things to myself. Firstly, I eat to much. Secondly I do not do enough exercise. This in a nutshell was why I was obese.
The next question was how was I going to change this lifestyle as I really enjoyed eating and really hated any form of exercise. Some of my friends seemingly enjoyed going to the gym three times a week but this was just not me at all.
I am a very homely person who loves to stay in and watch the television. I eventually decided that I would start to exercise at home when watching the t.v. I bought myself an exercise bike and a rowing machine and duly began on my quest to lose weight. They both have on them a setting which shows how many calories you have burned off after each mini session. Just to lose two hundred is hard enough for someone like me.
This actually worked very well as I then started to read the labels of the food that I was about to eat. Three hundred calories for that little amount of food I would say to myself, just think of the amount of work I would have to do on the rowing machine to counter the affect of eating that, it is not really worth it.
I now exercise on most evenings and always watch what I eat. In the last two years I have lost a lot of weight using this strategy and am finally a weight that I am happy at.

The Purpose of Yoga - Creating a New Reality
Yoga teachers often discuss subjects such as self-realization and transformation in great depth, but where does the average Yoga student start this journey? How can we take control of our lives? How can we design a life plan, which gives us direction, purpose, and meaning every day?
Let's look at where to start first. Designing a list of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives, which are realistic, will give us direction. This method always works, because a list is hard to avoid, and the objectives become embedded in your subconscious mind. Writing your aspirations, goals, and objectives, down is a contract with the "witness" within you.
When a day goes by without daily objectives, it is usually an unproductive day. This is fine, if we are supposed to relax on vacation. All of us need healthy down time, but some of us are on down time every day.
How does this happen? In general, people are just not pro-active. If you practice Yoga for a few years, you start to become pro-active about every aspect of life. Your diet, posture, exercise, breathing, meditation, and prayer time have all changed. The result is a new reality and a healthy perspective of life.
If you are just starting to practice Yoga, you will need to design a list, but I must admit a list of long, and short-term objectives, does make life a lot more productive.
No matter how much drive and ambition you have, the direction you travel in should be designed to make the best use of your time. The time spent planning will actually prevent mistakes and help you to avoid wasting time.
Therefore, you should review your list of objectives daily. Take the time to do some soul searching, when you write your list. Here are some questions to consider.
Can you design smaller and measurable goals? Are your objectives ethical and positive? What are your unique life skills? Can you visualize the outcome of your objectives? How much control do you have to determine the future?
It is important for you to reflect on these questions, because you can carve out your own path in life, with your vision. This is a Yogic exercise in self-realization and transformation.
Whatever you do; your ideas must be your own. You can listen to good advice, but you cannot live your life trying to complete another person's vision of what your life should be.
Lastly, it is wise to have a Spiritual leader, Yoga teacher, Swami, Guru, mentor, consultant, coach, relative, or a trusted friend, as a confidant. This must be someone, with integrity, who inspires you to succeed in life.
He or she will not be difficult to find, because you will easily feel and see the positive energy in this person's speech, behavior, actions, and gestures. All of us need some guidance from someone who sincerely cares about us.

How to Succeed as a Yoga Teacher
Upon successful graduation from a Yoga teacher training course, many new Yoga teachers feel they still need some direction. After spending five months, up to years, with a Master Yoga teacher, Swami, or Guru, the new Yoga teacher has left the nest, but where should he or she go from there?
Let's look at an organized way for new Yoga teachers to expand their knowledge, while pursuing their passion. After all, Yoga instructors cannot share the same interests all the time. With so many forms of Yoga, and a multitude of aspects to choose from, "the sky is the limit."
Are you interested in Office Yoga, Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Stress Disorders, teaching Yoga to children, or another Yoga teaching path? There are many directions to specialize in, and it is best to keep the list small.
This brings up the first step in finding your direction: Write a list of goals, interests, and objectives, for teaching Yoga. There is something very powerful about "etching ideas into the subconscious mind," with a pen and paper.
If you decide to enter deadline dates, for short-term goals, you might be shocked at the number of goals, which reach fruition. When you put ideas into writing, and take action, the success rate does go up.
Avoid procrastination, and do not allow excuses to run your life. This is a pitfall on a goal-setting path. I guarantee that you will run into obstacles. Nobody has a life without them; however, look at each one as a stimulating challenge.
Do not waste time on blaming anybody, or anything; this will make you stronger as you journey toward becoming a better Yoga teacher. This will also guide you in the right direction to meet the needs of your students.
Organize your list of goals by priority. Which goals are more urgent? Decide by projected deadlines - in measurements of days, weeks, months, and years. This will help you to avoid wasting time on long-term goals, when you have a serious deadline facing you this week.
It is human nature to try to avoid the tough projects. Yet, you are best off to tackle the difficult projects first. Once you have taken care of the toughest chores, a heavy burden has been lifted from your mind and you can think clearly.
Get rid of all distractions for optimum use of your time. For example: Cell phones, television, time wasting chatter, and Email must wait if you are in the middle of an important project or your studies. You do not have to live the lifestyle of a Spartan, but there are some times when the "technological toys" get in the way of real progress.
Lastly, reward yourself with quality time, when you have finished a project. Make sure that you take the time to enjoy your family, friends, and quality relationships. You are a Yoga teacher, who teaches the art of living, and you should also enjoy a balanced life.

Obesity, Your Biggest Problem
Many men/women did not know much about the definition of obesity. For them, obesity goes no deeper than a less than fashionable look, no more than that. But the truth says obesity is an epidemic, a disease spreading fast in our world these days, across both the industrialized world and emerging economies.
So what is obesity, can you tell me?
Obesity means having too much energy that will become fat on your body. Obesity puts a strain on joints and bones that have to sustain more weight than ever before, which leads to arthritis. The weight also tends to make people less active and lazier. It means more weight is put on your body.
There are so many high cholesterol foods, for example burgers, fried chickens, etc. The lack of activity and high cholesterol brought by eating too much of the wrong food will impair the proper functioning of your heart and blood vessels. I am certain this will caused high blood pressure, stroke and other blood and heart conditions on your body. Excess fat also leads cessation of breathing during sleep.
Do you know obesity can be cured with patience and effort? As this diseases caused by obesity spreads over the land, so do the efforts for curing it increase. Read my review in my website to know more. Remember, you will need patience and effort. No quick or rapid weight loss products.
Now we will talk about how to recognizing obesity
The definition of obesity is body mass index of above 30. So what is body mass index? Body Mass Index or BMI is a measure of a person's weight scaled according to height. This index serves to show the amount of fat stored on your body, and if your BMI is 30 or higher than 30, the worst is your exposure to certain diseases.
Many weight loss experts also warn that having a lot of fat stored around your waist will increases the risk of developing diseases. Size 40 in men and size 35 in women means only trouble for your body.
Unhealthy eating combined with sustained lack of activity caused obesity. Food gives you more calories than you burn, that is what happened when you eating too much foods.
There are two main reasons why people became obese. First is eating habits. Second is lack of activity. With neither the time, nor the inclination to control one's meals, it's no wonder people get fat all over the world, everywhere. And about lack of activity, it is different from the past where people walking to go working. But now most people using car for transportation. And many people didn't like sport activities, they only know working and working.
Obesity also be inherited from family members who suffered from it. If your family has a history of obesity, then you would do well to watch your weight.
I love eating fast foods, what is your opinion?
We are busy. But this does not mean that we have to eat everything fast food restaurants put before you. Burgers may look good, but they are fat too highly powered got your health. What I know, a single burger is worth a whole meal, but your stomach will never be filled by a regular burger, so it will keep asking for more, and you will eat more burgers despite the fact that your body does not need more burgers. So why don't you try to stop eating fast foods?
I have my own diet programs but why I didn't lose my weight?
Many people try diets programs to lose a few pounds. But in the end they are returning to the old lifestyle. It means that weight lost turns into weight regained. Moreover your body gets used to these lean times and it will harder for you to lose weight.
So what do you think I need to do?
To all this you may add that following a diet for a longer period of time is hard, because you will always crave the high calories foods. The fact that certain delicious foods are forbidden makes them that much more attractive. I know that. So you need a successful diet. A successful diet means adjusting your lifestyle to your needs, especially by making time for more exercising. And don't forget to control your eating habits. It is the most important. However, you may need a natural weight loss pills to help you lose unwanted pounds. You should choose only the natural weight loss pills. So many fake weight loss pills, beware of them.
